Managing change in the eye of the storm

course1We live in chaotic and confusing times. From the CEO to the newest employee, the people in your organization know that they cannot hide from change. And yet, human beings naturally resist change. The big question is how to develop the flexibility in ourselves to move with the changes and inspire others to do the same.

Managing change sounds a bit like organizing sand. How do you manage something that doesn't stay put? For sand, add a little water. For major organizational change, it's a bit more complicated. But it can be done.
